Background:
As a large automotive dealer in the state of California this dealership is doing well with their new and used car business using both traditional and digital mediums. This dealership was looking to find a way to entice previous customers to return to their dealership and take advantage of their most recent lease programs.

Strategy:
After discussing the dealership's desired results for the campaign, we decided that the call to action we wanted to deliver to returning customers was to offer them the opportunity to take advantage of the best new lease deals in years. Some returning lease customers even had the ability to trade in their current lease early. We targeted a mailing list of almost 15,000 people from their CRM platform online using IP targeting. Serving those on the append list, about 6,250 households, up to 24 times within a 30 day period. We created both animated and flash banner ads and delivered across mobile devices, tablets and computers.

Results:
After 30 days of strategic targeting, the campaign produced 51 sales or leases from the past customer list. We delivered a little over 143,000 ad impressions over the course of the campaign and verified each customer conversion with our match back report using the dealership's own sold report for that month. The client was so impressed with the campaign results that they are looking to increase their total monthly campaign budget with us by 60%!

Local Automotive Dealer Converts Conquest Customers into sales using IP Targeting Campaign!

Background:
Our client is a digital savvy local car dealer. With the client already equip with a high level digital strategy, their goal was to identify potential conquest customers using the patented targeting technology . We generated a list of potential prospects meeting the following criteria: 15 mile radius of dealer location, vehicles of the two top competing manufactures, who own/ lease a vehicle 4-8 years old or have a current lease expiring with in the next 18 months. The goal was to bring the targets to the dealership by serving ads showing current low payment specials on two top selling vehicles in hopes of converting them into a sale. To begin the IP targeting process we were able to identify 6,939 conquest targets, of that we were able to match 3,137 physical names to their IP addresses.

Strategy:
Through our patented IP targeting technology, the client was assured that their advertising efforts would reach the exact targets to home PCs, tablets, and mobile devices. While working with the dealership, we were able to identify 11 conversions or sold vehicles with in the first 10 days. Within 45 days of the campaign the dealer was able to identify another 3 conversions/sold vehicles, bring the total to 14 cars sold to conquest customers being served ads via the IP Targeting campaign.

Results:
The dealer was able to generate huge results fast! With the campaign only being live for 45 days, this dealership is consistently converting conquest customers. The dealer is serving 166,000 impressions per month, generating 288 clicks, with a average of 0.119% CTR, and 14 conversions within 45 days. We track each customer conversion once they purchase a car, removing those who were converted.

Large Midwest automotive dealer "drives" leases with digital campaign!

Background:
A legacy automotive dealer was doing well with their new and used car business using both traditional and digital mediums. However, they were finding a large number of past clients were either going to other automotive dealers because they were not being properly prompted to come back to renew their leases. They needed to find a way to drive past customers back to their dealership to increase the number of leases.

Strategy:
Through a series of strategy meetings, we decided that the call to action we wanted to deliver to returning customers was to lease a low-end Chevrolet for $4000 down at $99 a month, and for the next model Chevrolet to lease it for $4000 at $129 a month. We targeted a mailing list of 25,000 people from their CRM platform online using IP targeting, hitting those on the append list up to 30 times in one month, including retargeting. We created both animated and flash banner ads delivered across mobile devices, tablets, as well as computers.

Results:
From the initial campaign, and now as an on-going part of the overall annual marketing plan, this dealership is consistently converting 16+ leases per month with 250,000 Impressions served with IP targeting and retargeting. We track each customer conversion as they come into the dealership, removing those who didn't convert, and removing those who did opt in to a lease from their campaign every month.

Regional Automotive Dealer Generates Huge ROI on IP Targeting Campaign!

Background:
Our client is a high-volume regional auto dealer with 3 locations. They sell nearly 1,000 new and pre-owned vehicles each month. Their goal was to identify high potential customers for Buy-Back, and as well as conquest customers. While working with the dealership, two large groups of customers emerged. 1- nearly 40% of service customers at the dealership had never actually purchased a vehicle from them, and 2 – over 9,000 previous new and pre-owned customers from their CRM data were in a window to consider a new purchase.

Strategy:

Lawyer Seeks to Increase Search Ranking, Reaches 50% Traffic Increase

Background:
The client wanted to focus on increasing the law firm's search rankings, especially for people in need of a domestic violence or assault lawyer. The law firm also received a bad review on Google that was not from a former client and therefore needed to be disputed and resolved.

Strategy:
Our SEO team focused on improving the client's ranking in the Google Local search algorithm, and in the larger organic algorithm.  The project began with an audit where we found several different parts of the site that were not optimized.  Title tags on articles were sub par and they were fixed.  Also, looking beyond traditional SEO, our team found that the site design was increasing bounce rate and hurting conversions.  Our team was able to make changes that improved the bounce rate and the SEO of the clients' site.  In addition to the SEO work, reputation management is included in SEO campaigns, so we were able to alert the client to some negative reviews. The client was then able to use the information to seek more positive reviews, which boosted overall reputation.

Results:
After the first month of the campaign in December 2014, organic and overall traffic gained 25% and 33% respectively, and 81% of traffic was new traffic. In January 2015 organic and overall traffic jumped to 57% and 56% respectively. February 2015 showed gains in year over year traffic of 50% from February last year. The client reported an average of 250 site views per day. Other completed tasks include a listing on Yelp, changes to home page title tags, reducing the number of tags in the creation of blog posts, making points of conversion easier to locate on client's site and updating broken Google Plus and Facebook links.
